The stator of the magnetic-track-free linear motor does not use magnet,but the powder magnetic conductive materials.This material is developed by our engineer team and has very little magnetism.For most conventional linear motors,they need to lay the magnetic track built by the permanent magnets on the stator.

 

So when we put the iron on the stator of the MTF linear motor, they will not attracted to each other.But, when we put iron on the conventional linear motor stator, they will attracted to each other.

 

Due to much less amount of magnets applied compared to conventional linear motors,so MTF linear motor price is much more attractive can bring at least 70% COST SAVING.

Using non-contact drive,and no magnet on the stator,there is no risk of degumming and will not affect medical AIDS,and the safety during installation process is greatly improved.MTF linear motor can obtain the extremely low cogging force.

This linear motor control method is completely same as that of conventional linear motor,and can obtain much higher accuracy,higher speed,high efficiency than the ball screw.Our linear motor is ideal for long stroke applications.The longer the stroke,the more cost-effective.
