How to restrain the hot deformation of ball screw？

1)Don't make the pre-tightening force of ball screw pair and bearing too large;if the pre-tightening force of ball screw is too small,it will affect the positioning accuracy of ball screw;if the pre-tightening force of ball screw is too large,it will affect the temperature rise of ball screw, resulting in an increase in the thermal displacement of ball screw. 

2)Choose proper lubricant,the lubricant of ball screw pair can also affect the temperature rise of ball screw.By increasing the lead of ball screw to reduce the running revolution, to achieve a lower speed to achieve a higher feed,to achieve the temperature rise of ball screw pair, thermal displacement can inhibit ball screw. 

3)Adopting nut driving mode or double motor driving mechanism.The ball screw can be greatly improved by adopting"Screw fixed,nut rotating and moving simultaneously" or"A drive screw and a ball nut with bearing support".The speed of driving in the opposite direction is fast,the temperature rise is significantly reduced,and the thermal displacement of the ball screw is effectively restrained.
