Rectangular Spline Features:

The two sides of the rectangular ball spline key teeth are two planes parallel to the radial plane passing through the axis.Centering according to the small path,high centering accuracy,good orientation,shallow tooth root,less stress concentration.It is easy to process and high precision can be obtained by grinding method.

According to the different tooth height, the tooth shape size of the rectangular spline is specified in the standard two series,that is,the light series and the middle series.Light series for static connection or light load connection;Medium series for connections with moderate loads.
