What are the differences between single, medium and double linear bearings?

1.Single and double are mainly for the cage inside the linear bearing. There is only one set of cages inside the single liner linear bearing;although the medium linear bearing has only one set of cages, its length is between single type and double type;there are two groups of cages inside the double lined linear bearing.

2.Service conditions of single, medium and double linear bearings

1)Single liner linear bearing is mainly used in light load and short stroke conditions.

2)The length size of medium linear bearings is between single type and double liner type, about 1.5 times the length of single liner linear bearings, suitable for the space-saving design of the length of non-double liner linear bearings.

3)Double lined linear bearings are most common under relatively heavy load and long stroke conditions. Its main function is to reduce the radial yaw or shake during operation,so as to ensure that the equipment is more stable during operation. This principle is also applicable to the linear bearing with flange single liner and double liner.
