What are the types of ball screw end support?

The ball screw support unit is a useful complement to the ball screw system. Our current ball screw accessories include fixed side support bearing assemblies for light and heavy duty applications. These ball screw support units provide the user with the necessary components (i.e. bearing lock nuts, clasp rings, etc.) for mounting the ball screw shaft to his machine. These support units come in six different series with surfaces that are treated with oxidized black to prevent corrosion and have rectangular or circular designs.

Ball Screw End Support Type:

1.There are 8 types of support seats.For the shaft end and finished products of standard ball screw stock, standardized support seats EK, EF, FK, FF are prepared. For general ball screw stock, standard support seats AK, AF, BK, BF are prepared.

2.The fixed side is equipped with JIS5 or P0 angular contact ball bearings adjusted by pre-pressure, which can be the most economical match according to the selection of ball screw grades.

3.Deep groove ball bearings are used on the support side.

4.The support seat EK, BK, FK and AK type internal bearings contain an appropriate amount of lithium soap-based grease, with a special seal. So these models can be used for a long time.
