What is the difference between KK linear module and traditional ball screw module?

The traditional ball screw module is also known as the traditional linear platform, there is a ball screw in the middle, the motor drives the ball screw to rotate through the coupling, and the ball screw is installed together with the platform, there are 2 linear guides on both sides,4 linear blocks.

The motor rotation drives the platform to move forward and back above the slide rail. The traditional ball screw module is relatively large,so you should pay attention to the installation, but the cost is low and the accuracy is low.

The KK linear module doesn't have those concerns.KK linear module, also known as single-axis robot, has a ball screw in the middle, which is an integrated guide rail.Compared with the traditional ball screw module,it has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation and space saving.

The nut seat of KK linear module is both the nut seat of the ball screw and the slider of the two sides of the linear rail, and the middle is the ball rolling,so the friction coefficient is small, and the accuracy grade and rigidity are higher than the traditional ball screw module.
