2.Vibration and noise:The lead screw is made of various wear-resistant,temperature-resistant,self-lubricating,maintenance-free materials,long-life composite engineering plastics and anti-backlash nuts.Lead screw will not cause vibration,noise is lower than ball screw.
3.Operating environment requirements:Lead screw assemblies are less stringent to dust contamination through surface treatment and the use of engineering plastic nuts than ball screws.
4.Structure and weight:lead screws use a variety of structural styles and material nuts,so that the design structure and weight of nuts are light and easy to install.
