●Electric Linear Actuator Starting Check
The electric linear actuator is composed of a drive motor,reduction gear,screw,nut,guide sleeve,push rod,slide seat,spring,shell,turbine,micro control switch,etc.Check the electric linear actuator before starting:
(1)should be placed on a solid foundation to withstand the weight of the electric push rod to eliminate vibration,tighten the foot bolts.
(2)Press the motor tail impeller should have strength,otherwise the coupling pin loose or fall.
(3)check the motor steering,the motor positive and negative rotation control piston rod telescopic,positive direction is not telescopic when it must reverse operation,otherwise long-term overflow,resulting in damage to the pump and motor.
(4)direct transmission,the load point should be in the piston rod pair,so as to avoid uneven force caused by violent vibration and wear.
(5)when the electric push rod is installed,the exhaust hole should face up to the high point to avoid oil leakage and lack of oil absorption.
