| Structure of Linear Guides |
The linear guides are composed of a mechanism that uses steel balls to allow for an infinite stroke of ball slides.The balls move along a ball groove on a rail and ball slide,and are collected at point A by the end cap.The end cap then directs the balls to change direction and move through a circular hole in the ball slide.The balls continue to circulate through the hole and return to the other end of the ball slide,ultimately returning to the ball grooves of the rail and ball slide.This process allows for an endless circulation motion of the steel balls.
| Precautions For Using Linear Guide |
●Do not disassemble the parts.This will result in loss of functionality.
●Tilting an linear block or linear rail may cause them to fall by their own weight.
●Take care not to drop or strike the linear motion guide.Doing so may cause injury or damage.Giving an impact to it could also cause damage to its function even if the product looks intact.
●Do not remove the linear motion guide from the linear motion rail during setup.
