1.Linear actuiator Structure:
The electric linear actuator is composed of motor,reduction gear,lead screw,copper nut,guide sleeve,piston rod,bearing seat,bearing seat,spring,cylinder seat,connecting fork and photoelectric proximity switch device (optional) and other parts.
2.linear actuator Working principle:
After the motor is decelerated by one or two gears,the lead screw nut is driven to turn the motor rotation into a straight line movement,and the reciprocating action of the push rod is realized by the positive and negative rotation of the motor.The output push force is equal.With various lever lever lengths,the stroke can be increased.
3.overload automatic protection function:
The automatic overload protection device in the electric linear actuator,when the stroke to the position or the load is greater than the corresponding value of the rated thrust,will automatically cut off the power supply,play a protective role,so that the motor and other components will not be damaged,but can not be used as a limit switch during normal operation.
Therefore,the external travel limit switch device is required to be configured separately on the machine,and the photoelectric proximity switch device can be configured for the user to control the normal start and stop of the electric push rod.
